Division Vice President of Revenue Cycle
CommuniCare Health Services is a leading provider of long-term care with a strong presence in the industry. We are currently seeking an experienced leader to assume the position of Division Vice President of Revenue Cycle.
Purpose and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving revenue cycle performance and improving financial outcomes across the division. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in achieving established targets for cash collections, reduction of bad debt, and reduction of aged accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the revenue cycle team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance revenue cycle operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, operations, and clinical teams.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in revenue cycle management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in revenue cycle management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.

- Working knowledge of hospital and health system operations and reporting.
- Understanding of Medicaid managed care payors in Ohio and Indiana.
- Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, insurance, managed care, and integrated delivery systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex reimbursement structures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence change and build effective relationships.
