About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Records Management Specialist to join our team at Watermark Risk Management International, LLC. As a Records Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the US Air Force (USAF) Security Forces (SF) Criminal Justice Indexing Cell (CJIC) by converting legacy criminal history paper records into searchable digital format.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert paper records to searchable digital files using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.
  • Verify key fields to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage data into prescribed digital formats required by external databases.
  • Inventory and organize related materials and case documents.
  • Ensure the protection of controlled unclassified information (CUI) contained in each record.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience with records management and data entry projects.
  • Experience handling sensitive information, such as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), HIPPA, and Law Enforcement Information (LEI).
  • Acute attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance.
