Job Title: Revenue Cycle Operations Supervisor

The Revenue Cycle Operations Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the effective management of revenue cycle operations. This role requires a strong understanding of project scope, issue identification, and risk management, as well as the ability to implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage assigned projects and teams to ensure effective revenue cycle operations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in revenue cycle operations, including billing, insurance follow-up, and denials management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
