Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Keller Executive Search. As a key member of our Project Management Practice, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the Project Management Practice.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities through an established professional network.
- Formulate go-to-market strategies to expand into new accounts and industries.
- Consistently meet or exceed new business and revenue goals.
- Apply innovative sales techniques to grow market presence and increase revenue from high-value accounts.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Architecture/Construction, Heavy Industrial, Manufacturing, or Oil and Gas industries.
- At least 5 years of experience in Services Business Development.
- PMP services sales experience.
- Revenue driving experience in EPC.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the US to meet with customers.
- Experience with MS Suite.
Benefits:

- Base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 with commission.
