Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Keller Executive Search. As a key member of our Project Management Practice, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the Project Management Practice.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities through an established professional network.
  • Formulate go-to-market strategies to expand into new accounts and industries.
  • Consistently meet or exceed new business and revenue goals.
  • Apply innovative sales techniques to grow market presence and increase revenue from high-value accounts.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Architecture/Construction, Heavy Industrial, Manufacturing, or Oil and Gas industries.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Services Business Development.
  • PMP services sales experience.
  • Revenue driving experience in EPC.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the US to meet with customers.
  • Experience with MS Suite.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 with commission.
