About the Role:

Aroma International Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to promote our products and services in the food service industry.

This outside sales position requires a strong ability to build relationships with new and existing accounts, identifying product needs and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be fluent in both English and Chinese languages.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Provide regular sales reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Proven sales experience in the food service industry (preferably).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
