About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Sales Director to join our team at Randstad USA.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to exceed revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners.

Sales Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Revenue-Driven Strategies: Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, leveraging market trends and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Pipeline Management: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize pipeline management and forecasting.

Customer Relations Management:

  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Understand client needs and deliver top-notch service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Partner with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation for new clients.
  • Long-Term Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts to secure retention and identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Tracking Performance: Monitor sales performance, trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • CRM Tools: Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management, tracking, and forecasting to optimize sales performance.
  • Process Improvements: Provide sales performance updates and propose process improvements or new initiatives to enhance sales efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and location)
