About the Role

HirexHire, a Chicago-based recruiting and talent consultancy, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team. This remote position requires candidates to be based in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and close new account opportunities for our client's software solution.
  • Build and maintain a accurate account pipeline, ensuring a sufficient number of leads and deals are in the pipeline for short- and long-term success.
  • Maintain proficiencies in all products while scheduling and delivering effective demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement territory and account plans, sales strategies, and key relationships with accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B software sales experience, preferably in legal or selling to large law firms.
  • Awareness of C-level decision makers' needs and ability to customize sales communication to their decision making style.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate software offerings in person and on Zoom, develop innovative value propositions, and negotiate and close under time pressure.
