We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Aroma International Inc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills, language proficiency, and business acumen to drive growth and success in our dynamic food service industry.

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on achieving sales and profit goals, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads, as well as maintain relationships with existing accounts
  • Demonstrate and sell our products, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and sales performance reports to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
  • Proven sales experience in the food service industry, preferably with restaurant operations knowledge
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
