**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DFT Engineer to join our team at MediaTek. As a key member of our Design for Test (DFT) team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing DFT architectures for high-performance CPU subsystems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement DFT architectures to ensure comprehensive test coverage for high-speed CPU subsystems.
  • Develop and deploy DFT methodologies to meet test coverage goals, including scan insertion, scan compression, ATPG pattern generation, and at-speed testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT designs into complex IP and SoC architectures.
  • Generate and debug test patterns using gate-level simulations and silicon bring-up.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in industry-standard DFT tools, including Synopsys DFT Compiler and Tetramax.

**Requirements**

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in DFT for high-speed complex IP, CPU subsystems, and/or SoC designs.
  • Expertise in latest DFT methodologies for high-speed designs, including scan insertion, scan compression, ATPG pattern generation, and at-speed testing.
  • Proven ability to design and deploy DFT architectures for complex designs, preferably CPU subsystems or SoCs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.

**Preferred Skills**

  • Experience with memory BIST (MBIST) and logic BIST.
  • Proven ability to develop and deploy new DFT methodologies.
  • Strong scripting skills using Perl or Tcl.
  • Knowledge of JTAG.
