Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GPU FE Design Integration Specialist to join our Silicon Technologies group at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and manufacturing our next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient GPU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own RTL integration, design analysis, qualification, packaging, and delivery.
  • Run logic equivalence checking between designs.
  • Automate front-end design integration process for improving efficiency.
  • Understand and contribute to specifications for design units.
  • Collaborate effectively with Architecture, IP, DV, SOC, DFT, Synthesis, P&R, and STA teams spanning multiple sites.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in logic design principles, Verilog/System Verilog, and scripting languages (Perl/Ruby/Python).
  • Knowledge of scalable designs, DFT insertion, LEC, Lint, and codeline management.
  • Knowledge of Power Intent (UPF/CPF) and implementation flows.
  • Familiarity with GPU/CPU Architecture and micro-architecture.
  • Ability to work well in a team and be productive under aggressive schedules.

Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of BS + 3 years of experience.
