Position Overview:
The Marketing Communications Expert plays a vital role within the Marketing Team.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams to implement projects and campaigns aimed at product launches, customer engagement, and content marketing strategies that drive company growth.


As a Marketing Communications Expert, your writing, editing, and research skills will be essential in crafting engaging newsletters, email campaigns, automated journeys, landing pages, product announcements, promotions, and various marketing materials to showcase CoSchedule's diverse product offerings.

A proactive mindset and a strong passion for writing are crucial for success in this position.

Job Summary:


Your responsibilities will include writing copy for feature launches, emails, customer success stories, marketing landing pages, sales materials, print collateral, white papers, video scripts, webinars, and more.

You will lead creative initiatives and manage marketing programs, including monthly newsletters, influencer collaborations, and ongoing promotions.

Developing product positioning and messaging that sets CoSchedule apart in the marketplace will be a key focus. You will translate this into compelling communications that effectively convey our product's unique value to potential users.


Gathering customer feedback, testimonials, and real-world results will help enhance our communication with prospective CoSchedule clients.

You will assist the Marketing team in creating product-centric content that converts leads into paying customers.

Monitoring key analytics and conversion metrics will be part of your role, allowing you to recommend A/B tests, adjustments to the sales funnel, and necessary website changes.

Job Requirements:
A solid background in conversion-focused copywriting is essential.

You understand that every word must serve a purpose, and crafting excellent copy requires meticulous attention to detail.

You are an adept editor, known for your grammar expertise and ability to refine both your own and others' writing.

A strong grasp of online communication strategies, including social media and blog marketing, is necessary.

You are recognized for your meticulous attention to detail and your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaboration is key; you actively seek feedback to enhance the effectiveness of your work.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, along with strong written and verbal abilities, are vital.

You excel at identifying customer needs and connecting them with effective solutions.

A deep understanding of marketing metrics is crucial.

You are committed to producing high-quality work.

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is preferred.

You are a proficient user of CoSchedule and understand how to deliver value to our customers.

Previous experience in a technology or software company is advantageous.

Technical familiarity with online and web-based software is beneficial.

A four-year degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
