*Internship Details*

This internship spans a semester and provides a part-time work experience, with the potential for extension over multiple semesters. Interns will engage with various aspects of our corporate and production sectors, gaining invaluable exposure and experience.

*Key Responsibilities*

Operations:

  • Engage in discussions aimed at enhancing operational processes.
  • Assist in managing marketing task systems.
  • Collaborate on preparations for photo shoots.
  • Support lead management and opportunity tracking.
  • Oversee, edit, and update website content.
  • Implement corporate email marketing initiatives utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Conduct surveys using Alchemer.
  • Handle daily operational tasks, including monitoring email inboxes, supporting invoicing, managing vendor relationships, and gathering metrics.

Activation:

  • Develop and implement strategies for digital media campaigns.
  • Create tailored reports and analyze performance metrics.
  • Communicate internally regarding media performance and initiatives.
  • Monitor and enhance campaign performance.
  • Identify new opportunities for testing and learning.
  • Receive training and certification in digital media tools.
  • Assist in reconciling media budgets and managing vendor relationships.

Intelligence:

  • Update and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct data analyses using data collection systems.
  • Prepare and summarize marketing reports for key stakeholders.
  • Support marketing efforts by analyzing and refining Account & Contact data within CRM systems.
  • Maintain performance tracking metrics to assess effectiveness through our strategy scorecard.

Planning:

  • Review creative content to ensure alignment with branding and messaging.
  • Assist in marketing communications for both internal and external audiences.
  • Analyze budget expenditures to ensure effective marketing operations.
  • Participate in planning and executing trade show deliverables.
  • Provide marketing support to dealers as required.
  • Assist with lead generation and routing processes.

*Qualifications*

  • Currently enrolled as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in Marketing, Communications, or a related Business field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to independently manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Capable of identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and delivering creative, realistic outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand new projects, and present ideas clearly.
  • Possess a proactive attitude to deliver results that contribute to departmental success.
