*Internship Details*
This internship is a part-time role that allows you to gain valuable insights into the corporate landscape while pursuing your degree. Interns will engage in various functions across our organization, providing a comprehensive view of the marketing field.
*Key Responsibilities*
Operational Tasks:
- Participate in discussions aimed at process enhancements.
- Assist in managing marketing task systems.
- Collaborate on the preparation of photo shoot schedules.
- Support lead management and opportunity tracking.
- Oversee and update website content.
- Execute email marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools.
- Facilitate surveys and gather data insights.
- Handle daily operational tasks, including monitoring email communications and managing vendor relationships.
Digital Activation:
- Design and implement digital media strategies for paid campaigns.
- Generate custom reports and analyze campaign performance.
- Communicate media performance metrics internally.
- Optimize campaigns to enhance effectiveness.
- Identify new opportunities for testing and learning.
- Gain training and certification in digital media tools.
- Assist in managing media budgets and vendor relations.
Data Intelligence:
- Update and refine dashboards and reports using data analytics tools.
- Conduct data analyses to support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive marketing reports for key stakeholders.
- Support data integrity by analyzing and cleansing CRM data.
- Maintain performance metrics to evaluate marketing strategies.
Strategic Planning:
- Review marketing materials to ensure accuracy in branding and messaging.
- Assist in crafting communications for diverse audiences.
- Analyze budget allocations to ensure effective marketing spend.
- Contribute to trade show planning and execution.
- Provide marketing support to partners as required.
- Assist in lead generation and management processes.
*Candidate Requirements*
- Currently enrolled as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to independently manage projects while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to propose creative solutions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
