Position Overview:
• Key Responsibilities:
Establish, nurture, and sustain strong business connections with both current and prospective customers of Vestis; Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing sales and profitability from existing Regional, Multi-Location, and Single Location Strategic Accounts.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service; Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and strong listening capabilities; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; High attention to detail, well-organized with effective time management; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities; Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively within a team; Proven ability to influence others without direct authority; Strong capability to question established norms and foster robust relationships both internally and externally.
• Work Environment and Safety Considerations:
• Experience Requirements:
A minimum of four years in account management or related professional experience is preferred.
• Travel Expectations:
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Educational Background:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Licensing and Certification:
A valid Driver's License is required.
