  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and acquire new customers, with a focus on companies with repetitive annual roofing spend between $500K - $1.5 million per year.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value.
  • Generate and manage sales opportunities from identified target accounts, working closely with the regional sales team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Deliver proposals and negotiate contracts with key decision-makers, ensuring that CentiMark's solutions meet the needs of our customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales pipeline and forecast, providing regular updates to management and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Travel throughout California and Arizona to maintain relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in roofing/construction sales, with a proven track record of success in commercial or industrial account management.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent follow-up skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
