Job Title: Human Resource Director

We are seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of our executive recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Sell integrated solutions to address complex business challenges, leveraging your expertise in Talent Management and Assessment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level management and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive account growth and develop new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present complex proposals and solutions to clients.
  • Engage with client's technical buyers to debate the merits of our solutions and analyze specified problems to derive the best technical and/or professional solutions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in account management, particularly within large strategic account management.
  • Proven track record in developing new business and nurturing client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial, bold, and creative with a thorough understanding of the challenges within an account and the ability to position broad solutions.
  • Significant experience in Digital SaaS consultative selling, with pre/post-sales activities within professional services.
  • Profound expertise in Talent Management and/or Assessment & Selection, coupled with a solid grasp of how our solutions address business issues.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to provide influential input towards the ongoing enhancement of major global processes, protocols, and standards within the digital domain.
  • Effective pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills.
  • Customer-centric selling skills with the ability to constructively and persuasively present and defend viewpoints.
  • Insatiable curiosity, a drive to succeed, perseverance, and a positive demeanor.
  • Proficiency in engaging with senior-level management with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
