Head of Customer Success

Orb is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success team. As Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for building and executing strategic initiatives to drive net revenue retention, expansion, and adoption. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement a customer-centric approach that aligns with our company's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a customer success strategy that drives predictable revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage a high-performing Customer Success team, including hiring, training, and coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and surface customer trends and insights to inform product development and business strategy.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles. You should have a strong understanding of customer success strategies and a passion for driving revenue growth. You should also be an excellent communicator and team player with a strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Key qualifications include:
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on customer success or revenue growth.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of customer success strategies and revenue growth principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
