Role: Senior Account Executive, Laboratory Services
Location: Flexible Remote or Hybrid Work Options
Role Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Account Executive to spearhead initiatives within the laboratory services domain. This role is pivotal in promoting contract engagement and maximizing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) resources for our healthcare partners. Your expertise in laboratory procurement and sales will be essential in guiding our clients towards achieving their financial objectives.
Key Duties:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with laboratory clients to understand their procurement needs, ensuring optimal utilization of GPO contracts.
- Contract Management: Analyze and tailor GPO contracts to fit laboratory operations, driving significant cost savings and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Relationship Development: Build and nurture robust relationships with laboratory stakeholders through effective communication strategies.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct comprehensive business reviews with clients, providing valuable insights and strategies for maximizing contract effectiveness in laboratory settings.
- Marketing Initiatives: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that address the unique requirements of laboratory accounts, fostering engagement and contract adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or service, particularly within laboratory environments.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory procurement processes and familiarity with GPO functionalities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
