Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management processes and succession planning.
  • Proven ability to engage with leadership at all levels and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions across various audiences.
  • Strong collaborative skills, effectively aligning with colleagues and leadership to achieve results.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for key meetings and forums.
