- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a diverse team of HR Business Partners, focusing on performance management and professional development.
- Work closely with various functions to address and exceed customer expectations.
- Enhance organizational capabilities by facilitating the development of senior leadership teams.
- Advise senior leaders on complex talent and leadership challenges.
- Create and maintain management dashboards to evaluate and communicate the performance of HR initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish strong relationships with peers across the organization to ensure alignment and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management processes and succession planning.
- Proven ability to engage with leadership at all levels and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions across various audiences.
- Strong collaborative skills, effectively aligning with colleagues and leadership to achieve results.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for key meetings and forums.
