Your Role:
As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will report directly to the group HRVP and play a crucial role in supporting our Operations, Customer Service, and Managed Service functions. You will collaborate with leadership to align business strategies with HR initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans that support both immediate and long-term business objectives.
  • Identify and address gaps in organizational capabilities to enhance talent management initiatives.
  • Work closely with Country HR Leaders and Regional HR Partners to execute key initiatives across various regions.
  • Utilize organizational diagnostics and metrics to promote efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor HR teams, cultivating a diverse pipeline of future leaders.
  • Collaborate with various functions to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Facilitate the development of senior leadership teams to enhance organizational capacity.
  • Provide guidance on complex leadership and talent issues to senior leaders.
  • Create management dashboards to monitor HR performance and strategic alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with peers to ensure operational coherence and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in a multinational environment, with global exposure preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to define and implement effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of talent processes and succession planning.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with leadership at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly collaborative, fostering effective partnerships with colleagues and leadership.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for key meetings and forums.
