As a Senior Account Executive at Orange Barrel Media, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by forging strong relationships with clients, crafting strategic advertising proposals, and closing deals. You will be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, while also prospecting new clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and agreements for clients, working closely with the internal creative department to develop effective advertising campaigns.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in Out-of-Home, Digital, or Broadcast media is a plus.
- Skills: Proven sales record, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Compensation: The base compensation for this role is $50,000 - $125,000 per year, plus commission.
