Job Overview
The Senior Vice President of Client and Media Services plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and media assistance for our clients, directly reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations.

This position is dedicated to establishing and executing effective processes and best practices that drive client success. The SVP will focus on three primary operational areas, ensuring comprehensive management of client operations while engaging directly with client team counterparts.

Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses both direct involvement and oversight of teams to guarantee successful delivery:

  • Client Operations:
    Implement and uphold 'Relentless Standardization' across the IME portfolio.
  • Oversee the Operations project portfolio, ensuring alignment with account priorities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Legal and Procurement matters.
  • Collaborate with the Client Lead on Statement of Work (SOW) management, including staffing and rotations.
  • Develop and maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, and team databases.
  • Manage staff plans within the ROAR System.
  • Facilitate collaboration across agencies.
  • Create an account playbook to effectively communicate the client Scope of Work to the team.
  • Support onboarding of new team members with tailored client-specific materials.
  • Assist in preparing content for client presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Financial Operations:
Manage the authorization approval structure in accordance with client-defined processes and hierarchies.

  • Oversee client financials, including forecasts, budgets, and investments, ensuring mutual understanding of key financial responsibilities.
  • Serve as the main contact for monthly Authorize FMC reporting.
  • Collaborate with client finance to ensure accurate monthly billing, managing the draft billing process and follow-ups as necessary.

Investment Operations:
Ensure all necessary tools are established for the client and new team members, including MediaOcean, MediaTools, Authorize, Tardiis, Scenario Planner, NMI, GWI, etc.

  • Provide insights and solutions for process-related challenges, working with internal and external teams to develop best practices and enhancements.
  • Build and maintain the MediaTools nomenclature for the strategy team.
  • Ensure the taxonomy used in MediaTools is updated for the upcoming year.
  • Manage the invoice reconciliation process, ensuring compliance with client Master Service Agreement (MSA) terms.
  • Partner with the Investment team to adhere to Digital Standards and Practices.
  • Oversee digital tax compliance, including quarterly reporting.
