Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at SDM Payroll, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless practice operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain meticulous records to ensure accurate provider, insurance, and patient accounts.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments to maximize provider schedules.
  • Present treatment plans and financial responsibilities effectively to patients.
  • Address patient concerns in a calm and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image in the workspace.
  • Assist and support clinical team as needed in areas such as setup/breakdown of dental operatory and instrument sterilization.
Requirements:
  • Dental office experience preferred.
  • Dentrix experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Adherence to OSHA guidelines, HIPAA Privacy Policy, and operating procedures.
  • Facility with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.
  • Ability to positively contribute to a respectful and collaborative working environment.
  • Willingness to advance skills through continuing education opportunities.
