We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group.
Job Summary:
The Part Time Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing expenses, handling miscellaneous administrative tasks, and covering the reception desk as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage expenses and maintain accurate records
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team and clients
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate office setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a team environment
