Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

Loews Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of exceptional front desk services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the welcome registration, rooming, and account settlement for hotel guests
  • Ensure prompt and complete satisfaction of guest requests and professional and timely resolution of guest complaints
  • Maintain accurate occupancy data and assist in maximizing daily rooms revenue through effective yield management sales strategies
  • Liaise with Valet Parking provider to ensure smooth operation consistent with hotel standards
  • Train, monitor, and supervise the performance of all Guest Services employees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum five years hotel operations management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of all hotel departments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Salary Range:

$64,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year, based on experience
