About the Role

Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Veterinary Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing business in an assigned geography by selling our full line of Companion Animal products in veterinary clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through analysis of current sales revenue, market share, competitive activity, and opportunity.
  • Schedule appointments, meet with critical account staff, make sales presentations, close on business, and take orders.
  • Utilize Sales Force Effectiveness principles and prepare to advance the sales process in each call.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related sales results as needed through the advocacy of strategic products.
  • Create a high level of confidence in the Ceva product range.
  • Influence the entire healthcare team to recommend and sell Ceva products to clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management.
  • Attend and coordinate events such as local VMAs, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) dinners, conferences, and tradeshows.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with entire clinic staff, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, front-office staff, and others.
  • Increase dispensing through staff trainings, promotional activities, incentives, and contests for clinic staff.
  • Partner, influence, and leverage a surrogate sales force of Distribution Sales Representatives (DSRs).
  • Collect and share impressions and information about competitors by gathering current marketplace information.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Negotiate with key decision-making buyers according to Ceva's commercial policy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years proven track record in outside sales strongly preferred. At minimum, proven success in a fast-paced business-to-business sales environment.
  • Must have an acceptable driving record.
