About the Role:

We are seeking a Strategic Territory Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, flooring contractors, and general contractors in the Pacific Northwest territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the distribution strategy and be able to ensure consistency within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or product technical support
  • 2+ years of commercial flooring, interiors, or distribution experience
  • Strong forecasting and budgeting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
