Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Genuine Parts Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota and drive revenue growth within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and our products.
  • Collaborate with our distribution center and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support for customers and effective sales execution.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of software sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Outside sales experience and a proven track record of success in a sales role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA Degree in Management, Marketing, or Business preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and our products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Working Environment
