Position Overview:

As a key sales representative for PepsiCo, you will serve as the primary contact for major retail accounts, including supermarkets. Your role will focus on enhancing customer relationships and expanding business opportunities within your designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth, enhance market presence, and improve product distribution in assigned territories.
  • Manage product inventory and ensure timely ordering for future deliveries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to boost sales volume and product availability.
  • Implement promotional strategies and secure product placements to maximize visibility.
  • Utilize marketing materials effectively to promote sales initiatives.
  • Maintain optimal product presentation by organizing shelves, cleaning, and rotating stock.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, fostering strong relationships through effective communication and attentiveness to their needs.
  • Construct product displays and merchandising setups to encourage sales.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by management, which may include warehouse support.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable attendance.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle for travel between multiple store locations during your shift.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required.

Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with consumer goods and product categories.
  • Background in the beverage sector, including knowledge of market trends and customer types.
  • Experience operating power equipment such as pallet jacks and lift jacks.
  • Proficiency with handheld technology for inventory management.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of merchandising techniques and inventory control.
  • Ability to manage order discrepancies and ensure accurate deliveries.
  • Competence in performing financial calculations related to sales and inventory.
  • Experience in route management and optimizing service schedules.
  • Skills in upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and best practices.
