Key Responsibilities

Sales Associate Duties
  • Follow the established sales process as outlined in training.
  • Management will adhere to the same sales training, ensuring consistency in approach.
  • Utilize the sales techniques learned in training to enhance customer experience and maintain profitability.
  • If additional training is required, communicate with management for further support.
  • We commit to providing you with the necessary training and support, and in return, we expect full compliance with our sales processes.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Prepare a daily plan to ensure productivity.
  • Approach work with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Use dealership license plates for all test drives and necessary vehicle movements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, whether in-person, via phone, email, or mail.
  • Adhere strictly to the Gettel Policy and Procedures Manual.
  • Schedule the first service appointment upon vehicle sale as per store protocol.
  • Ensure customer pay-offs are accurate and comply with store requirements.
  • Complete all required delivery checklists as directed by management.
