Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to fully understand their needs and provide prompt and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue.
- Actively seek out potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District, constantly looking for ways to add value for customers.
- Boost sales by maintaining current knowledge of all portfolio offerings and demonstrating technical knowledge to provide customer value propositions.
- Drive sales by identifying related products or add-on extensions needs and making customers aware of product promotions and adding lines to parts orders.
- Find the best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Make outbound calls to market new products.
- Execute quote and order management processes with high accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
What You'll Bring:
- A GED or High School Diploma is required.
- Inside sales, retail, or related experience is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
- Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and a monthly incentive plan of 15%. Our commission plans are uncapped, and our total target cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions.
