Corporate Outreach Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Business Outreach Liaison (TJ - Transitional Jobs) - BUSIN002052
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Work Program Manager to create promotional materials and a strategic outreach plan targeting businesses and employers, ensuring clear objectives and a schedule of events to enhance program visibility.
- Execute the employer outreach strategy, monitor its effectiveness, and foster strong, productive relationships with businesses.
- Work closely with Employment Coaches to support connections between employers and Transitional Job participants, facilitating job opportunities that align with participant skills and development goals.
- Partner with business associations, chambers of commerce, and workforce organizations to link program participants with both subsidized and unsubsidized job openings.
- Engage with employers to identify and develop unsubsidized job opportunities for Transitional Job participants.
- Compile monthly reports for the TMJ/TJ Director and Work Program Manager, summarizing program metrics, showcasing success stories, and outlining initiatives and results.
- Create comprehensive presentations and marketing materials for outreach events and public speaking engagements as required.
- Ensure compliance of all subsidized worksites with Transitional Job regulations, addressing potential conflicts with collective bargaining agreements and grievance procedures.
- Oversee adherence to the terms of the Transitional Job Host Worksite Agreement.
- Develop and present technical assistance resources for employers participating in the program.
- Attend various meetings, conferences, and planning sessions as necessary.
- Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Communication, Human Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in employer engagement and relationship building with community organizations and educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of the local labor market and current knowledge of High Growth Job Initiatives at both national and local levels.
- Familiarity with research data in labor and economics, including community development and public policy analysis.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and deliver formal and informal presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance, with the ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
