Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of renovation and new construction projects for corporate facilities, addressing complex technical and logistical challenges.
- Guide projects from initial conception through design, construction, and final occupancy.
- Coordinate the efforts of external consultants, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Identify and evaluate alternatives for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring high satisfaction levels through effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Interface with various business units such as Supply Chain, Environmental, IT/Telecom, Real Estate, and Finance.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for professional services, general contracting, and design/build services.
- Conduct building code studies and ADA compliance assessments for existing facilities.
- Assist in refining departmental processes and procedures for project management.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of direct experience in managing the planning, design, and construction of multi-discipline commercial building projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Previous architectural/design experience is preferred; registration is not mandatory.
- PMP certification is a plus.
