Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the law firm owner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the owner's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling all correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the owner's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as the liaison between the owner and clients, referral partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and other office duties.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
