Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
