The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with medical staff and providers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions. Key responsibilities include performing history and physical examinations, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating patient care according to Northside Hospital's established Standards of Care. To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Master's Degree in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse, with at least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience in acute care and quality management, as well as gerontology experience.
