Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • Experience in high-volume Emergency environments is advantageous
  • Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required
  • Current Nursing Professional Development Certification (NPD-BC) through ANCC or CNE certification
  • TNCC certification is necessary
  • Preferred Instructor status in BLS, ACLS, or PALS
