Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Improvement Performance Coordinator, you will:

  • Prepare and present reports and quality data to various committees, teams, and leadership to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and departments to develop and implement quality-related goals and initiatives.
  • Facilitate process improvement projects to enhance workflow, efficiency, and performance metrics across the organization.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on quality management topics to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of two years of experience in Quality and/or Process Improvement.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively with various disciplines, including physicians and hospital leaders.
  • Proven project management expertise to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous training as a team leader and facilitator, as well as certification in Lean, Project Management, CPHQ, or other quality certifications, are highly valued.
