Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about legal obligations and government reporting standards that impact HR operations, ensuring that all policies and procedures are compliant.
  • Conduct recruitment activities including interviewing, testing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation programs to promote a positive outlook towards organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel actions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance evaluations, and terminations for compliance purposes.
  • Oversee leave management for designated locations.
  • Provide guidance to management on resolving employee relations matters effectively.
  • Address inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Prepare documentation for employee separations and conduct exit interviews to gather insights on turnover.
  • Generate monthly reports for the HR department.
  • Develop HR solutions by gathering and analyzing data, and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Enhance performance among managers and employees by identifying issues, evaluating solutions, and implementing selected strategies while providing coaching and support.
  • Manage special projects by defining objectives, establishing timelines, conducting research, and organizing information.
  • Communicate project status and address concerns to manage client expectations, while analyzing time and cost implications.
  • Compile reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and trends.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline from an accredited institution, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required, along with compliance with SBM Driver Approval standards.
  • Completion of all necessary safety and task training certifications.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
