Human Resources Generalist

The People Operations Specialist is a key member of the People Operations & Transformation team at FormFactor, supporting employees across the US and specifically at our Beaverton, OR location. This role is an exciting opportunity to touch nearly every area of human resources, expand skills and knowledge, and contribute to our FORM Values and Behaviors.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage knowledge of human resources topics to provide exceptional support to FormFactor employees via on-site response to employee questions and oversight, monitoring, and responses to employee questions and needs via our People Inbox.
- Manage the inbox and generate insights and recommended actions based on inbox and inquiry data.
- Provide project management support for People Operations initiatives.
- Act as a liaison with Centers of Excellence (COEs) for processes and policies, facilitating effective communication across multiple groups to ensure People Operations can execute COE strategies and efforts.
- Engage proactively in People Team initiatives, projects, and goals, contributing to the effective and successful execution of People Operations.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of people processes and policies.
- Manage employee data, including employment and job changes in the Workday system, employment verifications for current and former employees, payroll data verifications.
- Apply HR expertise to understand and improve current processes, develop/refine new processes, identify gaps, and raise improvement opportunities.
- Build relationships with FormFactor employees to provide support and gather insights that could help us improve experiences. Support employee-focused events.
- Support onboarding tasks for new hires, including onboarding emails, New Hire Orientation, onboarding instructions, and I-9 processing.
- Create, maintain, and monitor purchase orders and purchase requisitions to support oversight of vendors and People Team spending.
- Ensure on-site communications are accurate and up-to-date.
- 3+ years of progressive human resources experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience effectively communicating information directly to employees.
- Ability to work autonomously. Detail-oriented and organized, and able to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and ability to appropriately manage confidential data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Workday.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to effectively assess and resolve employee inquiries.
- BA/BS degree in a related field, PHR/PHR certification, 1-3 years of experience as an HR Operations Specialist or similar role, and experience with Workday and ADP.
FormFactor offers a competitive salary range of $60,600 to $75,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, EAP, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending and savings accounts, 401(k), ESPP, and paid time off.
