Job Summary

Touchmark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director of Employee Relations to join our team. As a key member of our HR Leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing community site and Corporate HR Management Operations, employee relations, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer comprehensive and effective employee relations and employee management systems
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures and maintain compliance with state, federal, and local laws
  • Provide counsel to community HR staff and executive directors regarding employee disciplinary actions
  • Serve as Dispute Resolution Plan administrator to resolve complaints brought to the central office by team members
  • Manage FMLA, OFLA, ADA, unemployment, and workers' comp claims and return to work for Central Office team members
  • Assess, review, and make recommendations regarding the need for management training to address organizational needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field; master's degree in related field desirable
  • Current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required
  • HR generalist background with a minimum 7+ years of applicable experience providing effective senior-level leadership in human resources management in a similar setting with direct people management experience
  • Minimum 5 + years of experience designing and implementing HR management systems and processes
