At Creative Financial Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly payroll and generate relevant reports to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Benefits Administration: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws, and administer benefit plans to employees.
- Employee Relations: Recruit for new hires, conduct screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes, and maintain personnel files and monitor training requirements.
- HRIS Management: Maintain job descriptions and grant databases, and develop a comprehensive training program for leadership, coordinators, and staff.
- Communication: Communicate HR updates and changes to leadership, and administer human resource plans and assist in developing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR experience, including employee relations experience
- Payroll processing experience
- HRIS experience - Paychex experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- Supportive of the organization's mission
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must complete organization required training within 30 days of employment
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- Must be able to drive for agency business
Salary and Location:
$56,000-60,000 per year, with hybrid flexibility after training. Located in Beaverton, OR.
