Job Title: CHB Administration Coordinator

Maersk Customs Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CHB Administration Coordinator to join our team in Florham Park, NJ.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled administrative professional to provide support to our team and assist with various tasks related to client on-boarding, bond invoicing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with client on-boarding tasks, including data collection and document preparation
  • Work with the bond team to ensure timely completion of monthly bond invoicing and reporting
  • Provide support to the Fin-Ops Team as needed, including data analysis and reporting
  • Send invoices electronically to clients
  • Perform other job-related duties as specified by Management
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of clerical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to focus on details and compare data
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Excel capabilities

Pay Range: $40,000-$44,000
