Vice President of Business Operations

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for ensuring that the designated business operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will achieve this by fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying profit enhancement opportunities, and formulating strategic initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the effective management of resources and service distribution to clients.
  • Direct business operations to meet high-performance standards as indicated by the company scorecard, participating in strategic planning discussions as needed.
  • Establish and nurture relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Build a high-performing and results-oriented team within the region.
  • Engage in the sales process by collaborating with the pre-proposal site survey team, assisting in presentations, negotiations, and final contract approvals.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred
• 7+ years of management experience
• Proficient in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus despite interruptions
• Competent in making informed business decisions based on financial data and reports
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of enhancing profitability, sustainability, and creativity across all business channels in alignment with strategic objectives.
