Sales and Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional to lead our Advocacy Solutions team at DonorBureau. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth, expand our advocacy brand, and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development efforts to expand DonorBureau's advocacy presence in the government affairs marketplace
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, policymakers, and stakeholders to support sales and advocacy efforts
- Robust experience in sales, business development, fundraising, and government relations
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Expert-level attention to detail with strong accuracy
- Minimum two years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, or policy with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of the political process and experience engaging with policymakers and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to work independently managing multiple priorities and deadlines
$200,000 - $250,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
