About the Role

The Strategic Business Development Specialist will drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within Helios HR's parent company, NFP. This role involves building relationships with NFP colleagues, targeting specific clients to offer HR and Recruiting services, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Full-lifecycle sales of HR and Recruiting services, including client acquisition, customer relationship management, and sales presentations.
  • Needs assessment to understand client challenges and offer customized solutions.
  • Proposal development and presentation to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget.
  • Market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements
  • At least five years of HR experience, preferably in sales or professional services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft products.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
