Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Digital Transformation practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from strategy to delivery, ensuring seamless execution, and driving business growth through technology and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Ensure quality delivery execution, compliance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentor junior resources to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting professional growth and development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager in a consulting environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on technical implementations or enhancements
  • Experience with requirements gathering, solution definition, and end-to-end delivery of custom and packaged technology solutions
  • Proficient in MS Project and various PM tools, such as Jira or VSO
  • Undergraduate degree in technology or business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud projects and implementation roadmaps
  • Experience in the utilities industry or a similar sector
