Position Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager who can cultivate essential technical relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the Transmit platform for enhanced customer success. Your leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving capabilities will be crucial in collaborating with various internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer success and the adoption of Transmit Security's solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer environments and use cases to advocate for their needs within Transmit Security.
  • Assess customers' business and technical requirements, offering guidance on effectively utilizing Transmit Solutions to achieve their objectives.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with Product, Research & Development, and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless product integrations that drive value and ROI.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges that may hinder customers from realizing the full potential of Transmit products.
  • Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of Transmit's offerings, including features and functionalities, to create tailored solutions that meet customers' business and security needs.
  • Lead post-sales initiatives, collaborating with Product and Research & Development teams to adapt Transmit products to meet evolving customer demands.
  • Manage customer technical responses during incidents, ensuring prompt internal action.
  • Present product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customers' business goals and priorities.
  • Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to showcase progress, explore expansion opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to enhance customer relationships.
  • Conduct in-person, remote, and webinar training sessions for customers on Transmit Product features, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Field Engineers to identify new opportunities and provide ongoing feedback regarding account health.
  • Take ownership of the solutions provided to customers, ensuring high levels of service, satisfaction, and success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven technical leadership experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, or related support roles.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead technical projects; light Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Extensive technical knowledge in Risk/Fraud and Identity and Access technologies, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, and Identity Orchestration.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and frameworks like OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • A strong desire to learn about emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to assist customers in their journey with Transmit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all management levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing technical, business, and market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support customer engagements.
