About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing engineering and technical projects related to solid waste management and environmental engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the preparation, review, and implementation of work products, including performance of calculations, technical memoranda, and reports.
  • Plan and implement investigations, data analysis, and abstraction.
  • Participate in advanced gas modeling projects, develop concepts, and operational and design strategies for renewable natural and landfill gas projects.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, new business development activities, and communication with regulatory agency staff.
  • Supervise technical and support staff, provide leadership and mentoring to entry-level personnel, and develop professional personnel.
  • Lead and support multi-discipline proposal efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in engineering or a related environmental field.
  • Project management experience on engineering and technical projects.
  • At least 8 years of experience in solid waste management and engineering, environmental engineering, landfill/renewable natural gas design, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering license preferred.
  • Regulatory experience in the Northeast a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with computer usage for document preparation, including Word and Excel.
What We Offer

Tetra Tech offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $145,000 annually, commensurate with skill level, geography region, and experience.
