  • Quality Assurance: Supervise and QA internal review process, approvals, presentation preparation, and presentation/delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Time Tracking and Budget Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date time tracking and budget reconciliations, maintaining project documentation in real-time.
  • Project Deliverables: Contribute to project deliverables where appropriate, capturing project assets and maintaining them in an organized folder structure.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of creative project management experience in a fast-paced advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Strong negotiation skills with an assertive approach, ability to effectively negotiate and diplomatically manage conflict.
  • Interpersonal and Analytical Skills: Strong interpersonal, analytical, writing, and verbal skills, ability to stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions to complex problems and multi-task.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in MS Project, Excel, or other similar project management tools, previous experience managing teams, including junior project managers and external partners a huge plus.
